By-law Amendment Vote Results

The following is the result of the recent By-Law amendment vote on Article 5 of the Local By-Laws:

Yes: 82%
No: 18%

As a result of this vote, “Each member of the local shall pay dues of 1.50% of their bi-weekly basic earnings”.

Per Article 6.02(c) of the Collective Agreement, this change requires a minimum 30 days notice to the Company before taking effect. We will post on our website when we know the date this change.
