EFAP/ADDICTIONS STANDING COMMITTEE WITHIN ATLANTIC REGIONAL COUNCIL

The Unifor Atlantic Regional Council is looking to establish an Employee Family Assistance Program/Addictions Standing Committee.

Members who have some history of activism, prior knowledge of, or expertise within the scope of EFAP/Addictions, and who are willing to hold a position on this committee, are asked to submit their resume to the local by November 30, 2018.

The committee will focus primarily on advocacy and will meet at least 3-4 times annually, primarily by conference call but face-to-face during regional councils.  This committee will work with other regional EFAP committees across the union.

Equity, sector and geographic parity will be taken into account when selecting committee members.
